I love these… and I just have to know what the “waiting” is all about. How does he use it? Does he have a section of the list that is for items he has acted on but is now waiting for someone else to act on?

The “waiting” lists are items that are no longer on their active “to do” lists. They are items that require another person’s actions, over which they have no control. So, Ana, you are correct.

As for the process itself, each list is either an active “to do” list or a “waiting” list: one full of items which require someone else’s actions.
